No-bake peanut butter and oat energy bites with chocolate chips. Ready in 15 minutes for a healthy on-the-go snack.

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter
02 - 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
03 - 1/3 cup honey or pure maple syrup
04 - 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips

→ Optional Add-Ins

05 - 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
06 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds
07 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
08 - 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and rolled oats in a large mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly until fully incorporated and mixture holds together.
02 - Fold in mini chocolate chips along with any desired optional add-ins such as flaxseed, chia seeds, cinnamon, or coconut. The dough should be thick and slightly sticky.
03 - Use a tablespoon measure or small cookie scoop to portion uniform amounts of dough. Roll each portion between your palms to form smooth, round balls.
04 - Place formed energy balls on a baking tray or plate lined with parchment paper, spacing them evenly so they don't stick together.
05 - Refrigerate the tray for at least 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
