# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • They come together in under 30 minutes with ingredients you probably already have in your fridge
  • The texture is incredibly crispy outside while staying tender and juicy inside
  • Each fritter packs 26 grams of protein with only 3 grams of carbs, keeping you satisfied for hours
02 -
  • Wet your hands between shaping each fritter or the mixture will stick annoyingly to your palms
  • Do not press down on the fritters while they cook or you will lose the juicy interior
  • Letting the mixture rest in the fridge for 15 minutes makes shaping much easier if you have the time
03 -
  • Use freshly grated cheese instead of pre-shredded for better melting and binding
  • A food processor makes quick work of chopping the chicken if you want it very fine
