01 - 1 medium apple, peeled, cored, and grated
02 - 1 medium carrot, peeled and grated

→ Dry Ingredients

03 - 2 cups whole wheat flour or gluten-free oat flour
04 - ½ cup rolled oats

→ Binding Ingredients

05 - 1 large egg
06 - ⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce
07 - 2 tbsp water as needed

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine grated apple, grated carrot, flour, and oats. Mix thoroughly.
